Snoop Dogg recently celebrated the grand opening of his wife Shanté’s new strip club, The Player’s Club, in Los Angeles, and it was quite the event.
Snoop brought along some of his closest Hip Hop friends to celebrate this special occasion. Among the notable attendees were Wiz Khalifa, DJ Quik, DJ Drama, Sky High Baby, Tiffany Haddish, and Too Short. Wiz even joined Snoop in a VIP ‘smoke session’ that added to the night’s excitement.
Shanté, Snoop’s wife, partied alongside ‘P Valley’ actress Brandee Evans, soaking in the success of the venue. Video and photos from the event were shared on social media platforms like Instagram, giving fans a glimpse of the celebration.
The Player’s Club is named in homage to the 1998 film which was Ice Cube’s directorial debut. This venture adds another accomplishment to the couple’s long list of achievements.
In 2021, Shanté officially became Snoop’s manager. According to a press release from that time, she was brought on to leverage her extensive multi-dimensional expertise to expand Snoop’s existing ventures. She has been a key part of Snoop’s career from the beginning, offering crucial advice and guidance.
As Snoop noted, ‘Shante has been guiding my career behind the scenes from day one. She has always been my final gut check with all my decisions, and I wouldn’t be where I am today without her. I am grateful to have her as my official manager, helping to build the Snoop Dogg empire together.’
Shanté also shared her excitement, stating, ‘I have been by Snoop’s side for over two decades, so together with the rest of the team, our goal is to strengthen Snoop’s legacy as a brand with the loyalty and trust of our guidance that has made Snoop who he is today.’
The couple, who got married in June 1997, have three children together. Their enduring partnership continues to flourish both personally and professionally, making them a formidable team in the entertainment industry.
The opening of The Player’s Club is yet another milestone for Snoop Dogg and Shanté, showcasing their ability to expand their empire and celebrate their accomplishments with their friends and the public alike.
