Despite his admiration for Drake’s music and a belief that the feeling is mutual, Storch is puzzled by the lack of collaboration.
In another intriguing revelation, Storch recounted a tumultuous time trying to assist the late DMX through his struggles with drug addiction. Storch described their shared attempts at sobriety as “the blind leading the blind” and reminisced about the friendship they shared while trying to battle addiction.
Storch’s efforts extended to persuading DMX to enter rehab to avoid jail. Although his first try was successful, it ultimately did not lead to long-term recovery for DMX. Storch remained passionate, describing his desperate attempts to save a man he deeply cared about during those challenging times.
Years later, despite DMX’s health issues and ongoing battle with drugs, Storch once again tried to intervene. He planned for DMX to attend a detox and continue treatment at his California rehab facility. Unfortunately, this plan fell through, and Storch shared his grief over the loss of such a special person.
