Rod Wave, whose real name is Rodarius Marcell Green, brought his usual emotional depth to the stage. Earlier this summer, he got fans hyped for his new album by sharing the personal pain that went into its creation. On Instagram Stories in June, he revealed, “This fuckin project hurt so bad bra. But ima give it ta y’all.”
