On the second anniversary of PnB Rock’s tragic passing, his girlfriend Stephanie Sibounheuang took to Instagram to share a poignant tribute.
Sharing a video collage of their moments together, Sibounheuang expressed how her heartbreak has only grown over the past two years.
“2 years without you. It doesn’t get easier. You just get stronger. I miss you. I love you. I think about you all day long. Strange to say, as time goes on…I become more and more obsessed with you every day,” she wrote passionately.
She added that she looks forward to reuniting with him in paradise, sealing her words with an infinity emoji.
Just last month, those responsible for PnB Rock’s death were found guilty on all counts after a quick jury deliberation. Freddie Trone was convicted of felony murder, robbery, and conspiracy. He was the getaway driver and father of the 17-year-old alleged shooter, who has been deemed unfit for trial.
Another suspect, Tremont Jones, was found guilty of robbery and conspiracy. The jury of four women and eight men reached their decision in less than four hours.
PnB Rock’s mother, Deanna Allen, expressed her relief following the verdict, saying, “I’m elated. I wanted to jump up and scream, ‘Hallelujah.’ I’m so happy it was quick. We got justice for Rakim. I feel better knowing they’ll be in jail for a long time.”
The defense argued there was no proof placing Trone at the crime scene, but jury foreperson Edwin Lovo confirmed surveillance footage clearly showed his presence.
It’s also now clarified that contrary to early theories, Sibounheuang’s social media post at Roscoe’s Chicken & Waffles was not related to Rock’s murder timing.
PnB Rock’s memory continues to live on through the heartfelt words of those who loved him, as justice takes its course.
