OJ Da Juiceman might owe his career to Jadakiss for putting him on the map in New York City, according to his former manager, Debra Antney.

Deb Antney, known for managing big names like Waka Flocka and Nicki Minaj, spilled some tea on DJ Self’s Apt. 5H podcast. She addressed OJ Da Juiceman’s claims that she owes him money, but she had a different story to tell.

Antney denied taking any money from OJ and pointed out where his career really took off. “You made millions of dollars and didn’t last no time. You disrespected Jadakiss and that was like the end,” she said. “New York knocked you out. Georgia didn’t accept you. New York did!”

She emphasized that it was Jadakiss who believed in OJ more than anyone else. “His music was not out. The person that pushed him was Jadakiss. But Jay ain’t gon’ get the props. But that’s where it really came from. Jadakiss. He did it,” Deb insisted.

Antney also mentioned that OJ was accepted in New York because of Jadakiss’ support, despite Georgia not embracing him. According to her, Jadakiss played a critical role in making OJ popular and successful, especially with the hit 2009 song “Who’s Real.”

Meanwhile, Deb Antney has been in the spotlight herself after returning to manage Nicki Minaj earlier this year. She even tried to mediate between Nicki and her rivals, Cardi B and Lil Kim. However, this didn’t sit well with Nicki, leading to a brief fallout.

Despite the tension, Antney and Nicki reconciled quickly, with Deb posting an apology and later joining Nicki at her show.

OJ Da Juiceman’s rise in New York and the role of Jadakiss is a testament to the unseen forces in the music industry. Deb Antney’s revelations highlight the importance of recognizing those who help pave the way to success.
