Lil Tjay has stirred the pot by flaunting his relationship with Yailin, the ex-girlfriend of his rival 6ix9ine, by making a bold comparison involving iconic figures.

Tjay took to Instagram Stories to share a snapshot of Yailin getting cozy with him, cheekily labeling their bond as akin to the legendary duo, 2Pac and Faith Evans. “Somebody tell Yaii to come see me on tour, she’s playing too crazy, miss her,” he shared with a sweating emoji, further throwing shade with: “We sum like the new age PAC n Faith.”

The online display seems to echo Tjay’s earlier antics in August when he and Yailin were seen together for a music video shoot. On the set of their “Step Up” video, Yailin had asked to shoot in Dykeman and Tjay eagerly obliged, confidently assuring her, “You in good hands ma, WE OUTSIDE!”

This romance has not gone unnoticed by their follower base, with Yailin reciprocating social media love by posting their cozy moments on her own Instagram. This new chapter adds another layer to the longstanding tension between Tjay and 6ix9ine, stemming from a heated rant Tjay launched in 2020 where he declared himself the “King of NY,” dismissing 6ix9ine’s antics.

Their rivalry hit a grim note back in June 2022, when Tjay was critically injured in a shooting incident. 6ix9ine, known for his controversial persona, added fuel to the fire by mocking Tjay’s predicament with laughing emojis on social media.

On the flip side, 6ix9ine and Yailin’s relationship was also rocky, culminating in a legal tussle involving assault charges against both of them. In a chaotic turn of events, Yailin faced felony charges after an altercation turned violent, but managed to be released on bond. Meanwhile, 6ix9ine’s troubles continued as he too faced arrest amidst the chaos.

In this tangled web of relationships and rivalries, Lil Tjay’s public display with Yailin not only pokes at 6ix9ine but also reflects the ever-dramatic world of hip hop. While the layers of their connections unfold, fans watch eagerly for the next development.
