Lil Baby is raising anticipation for his next album, WHAM (Who Hard As Me), by revealing some of its superstar features.
The rapper took to Instagram Stories early Wednesday to show a whiteboard with potential song titles and the names of artists featured on the album. Among the stars are Young Thug, Future, GloRilla, and Rod Wave.
Surprisingly, 21 Savage wasn’t on the list, despite Lil Baby’s recent mention of his powerful contribution. Over the past weekend, Lil Baby announced on X that 21 Savage had given him his best-ever verse.
Lil Baby’s recent tracks “5 AM” and “Insecurities” have been making waves, yet he confirmed on X that these won’t be included in the album lineup. This has left fans even more curious about what WHAM will bring.
Produced by Wheezy and Sean Momberger, “5 AM” delves into Lil Baby’s challenges with disloyalty and legal woes, hinting at deep themes he’ll explore in the upcoming album. It ends on an anticipatory note, with Lil Baby stating that even his mom is eager for the release.
WHAM will be Lil Baby’s fourth studio album, following 2022’s It’s Only Me, which included performances by Future and Young Thug. Although It’s Only Me debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 and moved 216,000 units in its first week, it didn’t quite match the acclaim of previous works like My Turn.
With WHAM (Who Hard As Me), Lil Baby seems poised to deliver another hit, backed by a cast of hip-hop heavyweights. Fans are eagerly awaiting its drop, especially after teasing such exciting features.
