Lil Baby has taken a creative turn with his latest video for “Touchdown,” ditching the typical music video style for a football-themed narrative. He steps into various roles, including a quarterback, a coach, and even a post-game commentator, making the video an engaging watch for fans and football enthusiasts alike.

The highlight of the video is Lil Baby’s Atlanta Falcons chain, which he flaunts proudly. This bling isn’t just a fashion statement; it further cements the theme of combining music with sports, drawing in fans from both worlds.

Directed by Gerard Victor, the video dropped on Lil Baby’s YouTube channel, catching the eyes of many with its unique approach. Victor took to Instagram to share the collaborative effort behind the scenes, adding another layer to the project’s appeal.

Anticipation grows as Lil Baby reveals more about his forthcoming album, WHAM (Who Hard As Me). In a sneak peek on his Instagram Stories, he showed a whiteboard with track titles and features, including big names like Young Thug, Future, GloRilla, and Rod Wave.

However, fans were surprised as Lil Baby mentioned missing out on featuring 21 Savage despite praising his verse as the “hardest ever.” This revelation only stirs more excitement and curiosity about the final tracklist.

In the lead-up to WHAM, Lil Baby released two fire tracks, “5 AM” and “Insecurities,” stirring up buzz without them making it to the album. He shared on X that these tracks, although popular, aren’t part of the upcoming release.

“5 AM,” co-produced by Wheezy and Sean Momberger, has been a hit, tackling themes of trust and deceit with a raw edge. The track ends with a nod to his album process, hinting at personal growth and determination.

Lil Baby’s WHAM will be his fourth studio album, following 2022’s “It’s Only Me,” which topped the Billboard 200 and featured artists like Future and Young Thug. Despite its commercial success, it received mixed reviews compared to his earlier work, “My Turn.”

Lil Baby continues to redefine his music journey with creativity and anticipation.
