The artist, known for her infectious energy, took to Instagram Live over the weekend to share the studio vibes with her fans. In a clip reposted by The Shade Room, GloRilla raps along to the new track, borrowing both its cadence and beat from the Southern Rap classic.
GloRilla’s debut album is set to drop next month, as she revealed during a chat with Extra TV on the red carpet at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards. “I’m dropping an album next month, in October,” she excitedly shared. “I’m so excited about that. We gon’ go number one! [The title] starts with a G.”
Her new album follows her mixtape ‘Ehhthang Ehhthang’ released in April, which features tracks with Moneybagg Yo, Megan Thee Stallion, Kevo Money, Real Boston Richey, and Finesse2Tymes. It’s clear that GloRilla is ready to make her mark on the music scene.
