Fivio Foreign has spilled the tea on why he believes New York rapper Ice Spice faces so much animosity from other women.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter) on a recent Wednesday, the rapper straightforwardly claimed, “Bitches hate Spice cuz n-ggas love spice.” He later added that this wasn’t a reflection of his own sentiments: “I’m not n-ggas either… ijs,” followed by a light-hearted, “My bad lol.”

It didn’t take long for the drama to swell as fellow artist Azealia Banks jumped into the fray, supporting Ice’s former friend, Cleotrapa. Earlier in the week, Cleotrapa had aired grievances on TikTok, accusing Ice of mistreatment during her Y2K! Tour. Ice’s manager tried to deflect the blame onto Cleotrapa and her crew through a series of now-deleted tweets. This move prompted Azealia to defend Cleotrapa on X, offering her a spot at her Halloween performance and promising glam space and chicken salads galore.

Besides the spat with Cleotrapa, Ice Spice’s rapport with Nicki Minaj also surfaced. In a chat with Rolling Stone, Ice revealed their relationship wasn’t the tightest but was still positive. “We’re mutuals. We had smash records together. I love us together. I think the world does too,” she shared.

Fueled by collaborative success with Nicki, Ice’s journey hasn’t been all smooth. In February, she clashed with rapper Latto, who fired shots at Ice in her track “Sunday Service.” Ice had previously thrown some shade with a track of her own, and Latto retaliated, questioning Ice’s rap skills and accusing her of copying others.

Many wonder if the drama and public feuds are a product of jealousy or genuine personal beefs. Either way, Ice Spice continues to thrive amid the chaos.

Ice Spice seems to be navigating a minefield of industry rivalries while staying in the limelight. Whether it’s due to attention from men or genuine conflicts, her name keeps buzzing.
