A shocking twist has hit New York: Diddy has been slapped with federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges. The indictment, unsealed right after his arrest, unveils allegations of a decade-long abuse spree.

Federal agents nabbed Diddy in New York, segueing from multiple sexual assault lawsuits into a criminal probe. He’s staring down charges including racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion.

According to the grand jury indictment, Diddy allegedly “abused, threatened, and coerced women and others around him to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct.” His lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, insists he plans to plead not guilty and remains “confident” despite these grave accusations.

The indictment spans from 2008, accusing Diddy of using verbal, emotional, physical, and sexual abuse. While no victims are named, the document recalls a notorious 2016 attack on a singer, with footage surfacing just this year.

Among the disturbing allegations are claims of Diddy’s so-called “Freak Offs” where he orchestrated sexual acts with male sex workers, often recording these acts. During March 2024 raids, federal agents seized explicit footage, narcotics, and over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant.

The indictment goes deeper, describing how guns and ammunition—three AR-15s with defaced serial numbers—were seized. Diddy and his crew allegedly used these weapons to intimidate victims and witnesses.

Further, the Combs Enterprise, a term used for Diddy’s associates, faces accusations of kidnapping, arson, bribery, witness tampering, forced labor, and drug possession with intent to distribute. They supposedly tried to silence victims and witnesses through bribes and false stories.

Despite these serious accusations, Diddy’s lawyer paints a different picture, emphasizing his client’s cooperation with authorities. “He is an imperfect person but not a criminal,” Agnifilo contends. He also mentions Diddy’s voluntary move to New York, anticipating the charges.

If convicted, Diddy might face over 20 years behind bars. Prosecutors aim to seize all his property and an unspecified sum of money. The 54-year-old music icon has yet to comment on these fresh charges, but his legal team promises a fierce fight to clear his name.

As the legal drama unfolds, all eyes are on Diddy. Whether he’s guilty or innocent, his reputation and future hang in the balance.
