Chrisean Rock is embracing a fresh start after her release from jail. In a recent appearance on The Jamal Bryant Podcast, she revealed her commitment to avoiding weed, alcohol, and premarital sex.

Rock explained that this change came about during a personal journey where she felt the need to be alone and away from social media. “I’m in this space where I don’t even be on social media at all, unless it has to do with work,” she shared.

She added, “I don’t have an appetite for weed smoking. I don’t have an appetite for drinking. I don’t have an appetite for sex out of marriage. I don’t have an appetite for confusing things.”

Meanwhile, her life with her son will be showcased in a new reality TV show called ‘God’s Plan,’ which will air on Zeus. The show is expected to arrive soon, though an exact release date hasn’t been confirmed.

Rock recently returned home to her one-year-old son after being jailed in Oklahoma. She was released from Craig County Jail in Vinita and reunited with her baby, who had just turned one earlier that week.

In an Instagram post to her son, Rock expressed gratitude for being with him soon after his first birthday. “To be with you Today set free a couple days from your birthday is a Blessing,” she wrote.

She also mentioned in an Instagram Live session, “Thank you Jesus for this revamp. I’m getting all my stuff out the way so I can be effective in my son’s life.”

Chrisean Rock is focused on personal growth and being a devoted mother.
