It’s getting heated! Cam’ron and Shakur Stevenson are at it again, trading digital blows online.
This feud kicked off when Cam’ron and Ma$e criticized Stevenson’s fight against Artem Harutyunyan on their sports talk show. Stevenson’s defensive style didn’t sit well with the hosts, sparking a fiery exchange.
Stevenson didn’t hold back. He hopped on X (formerly Twitter) and lashed out, threatening to knock out the Dipset rapper. ‘These n-ggas mad. Ya’ll bitch ass boys ain’t gon do shit bout it either. Cam’ron ever lift his hands up this way I’m putting him right out soft old ass n-ggas,’ he posted.
Cam’ron quickly clapped back with a since-deleted Instagram post. He called Stevenson out for failing to knock out opponents in his weight class and accused him of being more active on Twitter than in the ring. ‘First you told me to strap up, then you said put the gloves on. Now you act like I threatened you?! Foh. Now u gonna knock me out? U can’t even knock n-ggas out that weigh 135 pounds. Anyway Shakur twitterson you won u ain’t sign to nobody right now, don’t nobody want to fight you cause you can’t sell tickets so got time I dig it,’ Cam’ron wrote.
The online jabbing didn’t stop there. Cam’ron and Ma$e poked fun at Stevenson during another segment of their show, acting bored and falling asleep while watching his fight. Cam’ron later went on a rant, labeling Stevenson ‘Shakur Twitterson’ and criticizing him for spending more time tweeting than boxing. ‘I see why they call you Shakur Twitterson. My n-gga, four hours of tweeting about me and Ma$e is wild. You boring, n-gga! I thought I was rather polite about it. This is the most entertainment we’ve seen out of you in the last two years! Congratulations, n-gga… Your last two fights put a n-gga to sleep.’
Cam’ron wrapped up his tirade with some harsh words, warning Stevenson not to confuse boxing with street fighting and mocking him for giving a ‘heads up’ about needing to strap up. ‘Shut the fuck up before a n-gga slap fire out you. You getting boxing and the streets confused, n-gga. Those are two different things… ‘Cause when a switchblade or something else [come out] — you talking about n-ggas better strap up. Why would you give n-ggas that heads up, you dumb muthafucka? Fuck outta here. You out your muthafucking mind.’
The digital clash between Cam’ron and Shakur Stevenson shows no signs of slowing down. The rapper and the boxer continue to trade heavy blows online, keeping fans riveted.
