Boosie expressed his discontent on X, accusing federal prosecutor Michael Wheat of having a personal vendetta against him. He questioned why Wheat hadn’t charged him the first time if there were additional charges to be made. Clearly frustrated, Boosie wrote, “WHY YOU DIDN’T CHARGE ME WITH THAT THE FIRST TIME? THIS MAN HAS A SERIOUS VENDETTA OF HATE AGAINST ME.”
In a more recent post on X, Boosie detailed his disappointment over his case being dismissed only to have the ruling vacated two weeks later. “MY CASE GOT DISMISSED FOR A RULING THAT WAS MADE IN THE 9th CIRCUIT COURT,” he began. “2 WEEKS LATER THE RULING GETS VACATED. SMH SOON AS I CELEBRATE THE LAW IS VACATED GTFOH,” he lamented.
Boosie explained that he has faced harsh penalties before. He was sentenced to ten years in prison for marijuana usage without being offered rehab or probation. Reflecting on this, he believes he has powerful enemies. He wrote, “I GOT SOME POWERFUL PEOPLE WHO HATE ME WITH EVERY BONE IN THEY BODY. I WAS SENT TO PRISON FOR 10 YEARS FOR 3rd MARIJUANA. FOR BEING A USER LOL NO REHAB, NO PROBATION SENT STRAIGHT TO PRISON.”
In a bold plea, Boosie has tagged both Kamala Harris and Donald Trump, seeking a pardon from whoever wins the next presidential election. “AT THIS POINT I NEED A PARDON FROM WHOEVER WINS,” he asserted.
