  • The break-in happened early in the morning when Blxst was away.
  • Three men were seen on security footage smashing a window and entering the home.
  • The rapper shared his distress online, showing concern for his family’s safety.

Blxst shared a video capturing the moment thieves invaded his Los Angeles residence, while his children and other family members were inside. He did not reveal when the incident took place, but shared the footage on Friday, July 19.

The security footage shows the men smashing a glass window and sneaking around the living room. They eventually ran off, climbing back over a wall in the garden. Scary stuff!

Blxst spoke about his emotional turmoil, expressing how difficult it was to stay calm. He was away from his family during one of the peak moments of his career when he received a Facetime call from his son at 4 a.m. saying, “I think bad guys are in the house.”

Feeling a mix of frustration and heartbreak, Blxst wrote, “+Words can’t express the frustration & the emptiness in my heart and soul not being able to be there to protect my boys. God know my heart… why play with mine?+”. He emphasized his role as a father and protector, worried about who to trust.

Blxst’s post ended with a powerful and grim warning: “Thank GOD, I’m in position to go to war and willing to die behind mine… PRAY FOR MY FAMILY.”

The Hip Hop community responded with an outpouring of support. Pusha T commented, “I can’t imagine…” while Busta Rhymes wrote, “The Blessings don’t stop King.” Fellow L.A. artist D Smoke added, “Prayers up bro.” Other artists like Eric Bellinger showed their support too, saying, “Tragic stay strong brother.”

This unfortunate event occurred just as Blxst was celebrating a milestone in his career with the release of his debut album “I’ll Always Come Find You”.

It’s a troubling time for Blxst, but his family’s safety and the support he’s received offer a glimmer of hope.
