A man who alleges he was raped by Diddy has come forward with his story in an exclusive interview with CNN, choosing to speak anonymously.
This John Doe, a former security worker, says the incident took place at a party hosted by Diddy in 2007. Doe recalls the night beginning normally until the drinks started to feel unusually strong. “The first drink started to have some effect on me, and I just thought, ‘Wow, these are really strong drinks,'” he told CNN. It wasn’t until his second drink that he suspected something was amiss.
In his account, after the drinks took their toll, Doe found himself being led to an SUV, where he claims Diddy assaulted him. “I was screaming, telling him to stop. It was incredibly painful, and he was acting like it was nothing,” Doe recounted, describing Diddy’s apparent detachment from the act.
Initially, Doe’s lawsuit, filed in October, stated that the incident occurred in 2006 and led to lifelong trauma, including a decision never to marry. Recently, however, the suit was amended to reflect that the incident happened in 2007, and that Doe was actually married at the time but too ashamed to disclose the assault to his spouse.

Diddy’s legal representatives have countered these accusations by alleging inconsistencies in Doe’s claims. They highlight public records indicating no such party occurred in the Hamptons in 2006. Moreover, they contend that attorney Tony Buzbee has been coercing claimants into making unfounded accusations against Diddy, referring to a similar case where a woman alleged she was pressured by Buzbee’s firm to lie.
This woman, whose allegations were unrelated to Diddy, reported that Buzbee’s team advised her to sue anonymously and discouraged her from lodging a criminal complaint. She eventually parted ways with Buzbee’s firm after refusing to alter her story.
In defense of his practices, Buzbee emphasized that his firm only pursues cases they believe have merit. “This is so ridiculous,” he told TMZ, dismissing claims of client coercion. Buzbee insisted his firm handles hundreds of cases not related to Diddy and does not pressure anyone to bring a case.
The legal battle between John Doe and Diddy remains unresolved, with each side vehemently defending their version of events. As both parties continue to stand their ground, the story unfolds, leaving onlookers in suspense.
