50 Cent has fired back at Hurricane Chris after the “A Bay Bay” rapper confidently stated he could “out-rap” the legendary “In Da Club” hitmaker.

In a recent VladTV interview, Hurricane Chris claimed that 50 Cent can’t match his rap skills. He said, “He [responded] knowing damn well he can’t out-rap me.” He further asserted, “I will slaughter his ass with any type of musical shit that you can even think of. Anybody knows that … [He] cannot out-rap me, [he] do not make better music than me right now.” He even boasted about his latest track with Boosie, “Go listen to me and Boosie’s song ‘Murder’ we just dropped. 50 can’t make that.”

These audacious statements quickly reached 50 Cent, who retaliated with his signature humor. The G-Unit boss shared a clip of Hurricane Chris discussing Louisiana’s education system, where Chris mistakenly said, “Louisiana got the fourth worst edunacational system in America.” 50 captioned the post with a raised eyebrow emoji, “this is what happens when the edunacational system fails you [shrug emoji] IN THE 50 states of America. LOL.”

Chris wasn’t amused and commented that his words were taken out of context, admitting he was “talking too damn fast” in the interview. He further addressed the matter on his Instagram, sharing an old video in which 50 Cent praises artists like 6ix9ine and Soulja Boy. In the caption, Chris wrote, “[lollipop emojis] I write 16s u like 16s [crying face emojis].”

The feud didn’t start here. Last month, Hurricane Chris criticized 50 Cent for hosting his Humor & Harmony Weekend in Shreveport without booking any local artists. In a heated video, Chris accused 50 of spending $500,000 on local police for security instead of benefiting the community. He said, “That fucking money could have went to anything to help the muthafucking youth. We don’t need more money invested into the police, n-gga.”

50 Cent responded with a series of mocking movie clips, taking jabs at Hurricane Chris’ career. In one post, he wrote, “Hurricane Flex boy ya shit is wack, the fuck you think you @FredoBang [raised eyebrow emoji] ya shit gets no play in my ride. LOL.”

Chris explained his frustration further in an interview with KSLA 12, saying that 50 had disrespected Shreveport by wanting to eradicate its “ratchet” reputation. “If you know anything about the Shreveport history, you know we call ourselves the Ratchet City,” he said. He mentioned that the term “ratchet” is part of their culture and legacy, pointing to the late artist Ratchet Life.

Chris also invited 50 Cent to meet in person to resolve what he called a “misunderstanding,” hoping that a conversation could clarify the cultural significance of the term “ratchet.”

The back-and-forth between 50 Cent and Hurricane Chris shows no signs of slowing down, with both rappers holding their ground. Whether they’ll ever sit down to hash things out remains to be seen, but it’s clear this feud has added a spicy chapter to their careers.
