Plies has turned up the volume on his support for Kamala Harris, releasing a new song, ‘Mrs. 47,’ just in time for her campaign.

The track dropped on Monday, October 28, and doesn’t shy away from calling out Harris’s critics, including Donald Trump. In the song, Plies raps lines like, “Snoop said it best, ‘Don’t hate white people, just don’t deal with Trump’/He hate the have-nots so much, he don’t even wanna feed ’em lunch!” It’s clear that Plies is unafraid to speak his mind.

Plies took to Instagram to announce the release, sharing a personal message to his late grandmother. He wrote, “Promised My Grandmother Before She Passed. The Next Time This Opportunity Presented Itself. I Wouldn’t Miss The Moment!!! Granny I Love U & We’re Gonna Get This Done!! @kamalaharris A.K.A Mrs. 47!!!”

Over the summer, he proposed some bold plans should Harris win, including establishing a ‘Black Women’s Day.’ His Instagram post urged, “@KamalaHarris When U Win This Election. U Better Sign An Executive [Order] & Create A ‘Black Women’s Day’ & Make It A National Holiday! Because What The Black Woman Has Done For The Democratic Party & This Country. Can No Longer Be Unappreciated!! (It’s The Least The Democrats Can Do).”

Plies also celebrated the news that over two million members of the Divine 9, a collection of historically Black fraternities and sororities, have rallied behind Harris. He remarked on the collective effort, although he mistakenly identified all groups as sororities.

Meanwhile, music industry titan Beyoncé, alongside Kelly Rowland, joined in backing Harris at a recent event in Houston. Though she didn’t perform, Beyoncé expressed her support, stating she was there “as a mother who cares deeply about the world my children and all of our children live in.”

With Plies’ musical tribute and other major endorsements, Kamala Harris’s support continues to grow, blending the world of music with politics in a harmonious act of unity.
