Tyler, The Creator’s latest album “Chromakopia” has taken the music world by storm with its impressive chart performance.

  • The album made a splash by landing Tyler his first top 10 hitting songs on the Billboard Hot 100 charts.
  • “St. Chroma” featuring Daniel Caesar debuted at number seven, marking a milestone for Tyler.
  • Another track, “Noid,” also hit the top 10, claiming the tenth spot on the Billboard Hot 100.
  • The rest of the tracks from “Chromakopia” did exceptionally well, with “Sticky” at 14 and “I Hope Your Find Your Way Home” reaching 65.

In just a handful of weeks, Tyler, The Creator has created a remarkable buzz with his new album, “Chromakopia.” This unexpected release strategy paid off big time.

Despite a non-traditional release at the week’s start, which Tyler advocates for, “Chromakopia” defied expectations and topped the Billboard Hot 200. It sold a remarkable 297,500 copies in its debut week, with 142,000 coming from pure sales.

This marks Tyler’s third consecutive album to achieve such a feat, following in the footsteps of “Igor” in 2019 and “Call Me If You Get Lost” in 2021. Yet, there’s more to celebrate with “Chromakopia.”

For the first time, Tyler landed two songs in the top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100. “St. Chroma” featuring Daniel Caesar reached number seven, while “Noid” secured number ten.

The album’s success doesn’t stop there. “Sticky,” another track, landed at 14, demonstrating the wide appeal of Tyler’s new music. Even the song “I Hope Your Find Your Way Home” made a respectable entry at number 65.

Tyler, The Creator’s “Chromakopia” proves that even unconventional release strategies can lead to chart-topping success.
