Chris Brown and Lil Durk are in hot water over claims they stole a song from producer Micah Foster.

  • Foster alleges his track, ‘Wheels Fall Off,’ was copied by the duo for their 2022 hit ‘Till the Wheels Fall Off.’
  • The lawsuit details that Foster played his original song to Brown back in 2019.
  • Foster is seeking royalties, claiming he hasn’t been paid anything yet.
  • Meanwhile, Brown is also facing another lawsuit over a separate incident from his tour.

Chris Brown and Lil Durk have been slapped with a lawsuit by producer Micah Foster. He claims they swiped his beat for their collab ‘Till the Wheels Fall Off,’ released in 2022.

According to Foster, he played his song ‘Wheels Fall Off’ to Brown in 2019. He accuses Brown of copying the chorus, hook, and arrangement for the duet with Lil Durk, which landed on the album ‘Breezy.’

The suit states that Foster’s song predates Brown and Durk’s track by three years. Foster is pushing for royalties, asserting that he hasn’t seen a single penny from the alleged copy.

In addition to Brown and Durk, several other songwriters, including RoccStar and Fridayy, are credited on the disputed track.

Meanwhile, Chris Brown is also dealing with another legal battle. He’s being sued for $50 million over an alleged backstage beatdown at one of his Texas tour stops.

Four men, who were invited backstage, claim they were assaulted by Brown’s entourage after one crew member brought up past conflicts. One plaintiff alleges he was attacked by seven to ten individuals, suffering severe injuries.

The men’s lawyer, Tony Buzbee, insists the injuries required extensive medical treatments, with at least one victim still hospitalized. Brown has remained silent on these allegations.

Both Chris Brown and Lil Durk have yet to respond to the legal accusations leveled against them.
