Diddy has put his stunning Beverly Hills mansion up for sale for an astonishing $61 million. This move follows a federal raid on the property earlier this year.
The mansion, spanning 13,000 square feet, is located in the exclusive ‘Platinum Triangle’ of Los Angeles, which includes Beverly Hills, Holmby Hills, and Bel-Air. It boasts a luxurious entry foyer, a grand staircase, a spacious living room, a formal dining room, a wine cellar, and a gourmet kitchen with a separate catering area.
Future owners will be treated to a state-of-the-art 35-seat theater, a two-story guest house with a gym, recording studio, and additional bedrooms. The 1.3-acre estate also features a sprawling garden with a resort-like swimming pool, waterfall, grotto, basketball court, spa house, and an outdoor loggia equipped with a BBQ, bar, and pizza oven.
Diddy purchased this opulent property a decade ago for $40 million. His neighbors have included famous personalities like Kylie Jenner, Jimmy Iovine, and Sean Parker. Not far away is the iconic Playboy Mansion.
The mansion was one of two Diddy’s properties raided by Homeland Security in March as part of an ongoing sex trafficking investigation. The ‘military-level’ operation left the home in chaos, with drawers pulled open, documents scattered, and safes broken into. A close-up video showed that the hard drives from his computers had been removed.
Although Diddy hasn’t been criminally charged, federal prosecutors are expanding their investigation. They have subpoenaed a Miami hotel for records related to Diddy and his ex, Daphne Joy, dating back to 2008. The subpoena requests information on their stays, payment methods, contact details, IP addresses, and surveillance footage.
Diddy is also facing multiple civil lawsuits accusing him of rape, sexual assault, and sex trafficking. He has denied all allegations.
The sale of Diddy’s mansion marks a significant moment amidst his ongoing legal battles. The luxurious estate, with its extravagant amenities, stands as a symbol of his lavish lifestyle and complex personal life.
