In a touching twist amid tough times, Jonathan Porter stepped up big time for his grandson, Chrisean Jr., who celebrated his first birthday with both parents behind bars.
Blueface, whose real name is Johnathan Porter, called in from prison to share his routine, saying, “I be jacking off, watching TV, eating Doritos, and using the phone. That’s pretty much it […] They only got like 12 channels. I’ve been watchin’ a lot of the news, the Sherri show, and The Jennifer Hudson Show.” Despite his situation, the rapper revealed he was chilling and even joked about his weight gain, adding, “I’m like 180 [pounds] right now; I’ve never been 180 before. I’m getting sized up, I’m about to bounce out looking like a dalmatian.”
Porter also mentioned his ongoing feuds, “Soulja Boy promised me a fade so whatever’s clever, the fastest way we can do it. I’m still on that,” he said. “I think NLE owes me one, too. I’ve seen him out there popping it.”
Blueface has been incarcerated since January due to a probation violation from a 2021 assault charge. Meanwhile, Chrisean Rock is facing less time. She received a 30-day sentence for assault and was extradited to Oklahoma for cannabis charges. Currently, she’s in the Craig County jail in Vinita, Oklahoma, and her next court date is September 27.
While in Oklahoma, Rock faces charges of marijuana possession with intent to distribute and possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Blueface’s dad expressed hope during the birthday celebrations that Rock would be free soon, saying she might be out “within the next week.” In the absence of both parents, Porter shared a heartwarming video montage filled with birthday wishes from friends and family, ensuring little Chrisean had a special day despite the circumstances.
