In a surprising turn of events, Elliott Wilson has addressed Nicki Minaj’s latest remarks aimed at him, expressing genuine confusion over her continued animosity despite his previous apology.

Nicki Minaj recently made a thinly-veiled comment about a 53-year-old being ‘messy on the internet’ during a Stationhead session. Fans quickly connected the dots to Elliott Wilson, leading to another round of drama between the rapper and the Hip Hop journalist.

Wilson, who doesn’t understand why Nicki still seems to have a grudge, responded passionately. ‘I challenge the Barbz, and any little internet detective: where in the fuck have I dissed Nicki Minaj since December?’ he questioned, referencing the last time he posted something critical about her.

Last year, Wilson shared a screenshot of Nicki twerking on Kai Cenat’s Twitch stream with a sarcastic caption. Though he later deleted the post and apologized, the incident apparently left a lasting impact. Wilson insists that since then, he hasn’t posted anything negative about her.

‘Why is she dissing me to her Barbz, her insane fanbase?’ Wilson asked, adding that Nicki has blocked him on Twitter. This, he argues, means she doesn’t actually know what he posts. His co-host, DJ Hed, pointed out that a star like Nicki would likely be kept informed of any negative coverage.

Wilson expressed confusion over why Nicki is bringing this up months after the initial incident. ‘So why randomly do I wake up yesterday and she’s doing her Stationhead secret society counsel meeting with her Barbz, speaking cryptically about things? She says, ‘53 years old,’ which makes it clear she’s talking about me,’ he remarked.

The seasoned journalist also addressed theories that he is working with JAY-Z and Roc Nation to promote Megan Thee Stallion as a rival to Nicki. He dismisses these claims, noting that he posts more about Ice Spice than Megan and has openly supported both Cardi B and Nicki in the past.

Wilson also took issue with the ageist remarks, ‘Why is everybody on my dick about my age? Pause. I’m fifty-muthafucking-three. You should be thanking me that I’ve lived that long and I’m still the man I am and I’m still that n-gga.’

Despite the ongoing feud, Wilson maintains that he’s done nothing to sabotage Nicki’s career since his December post and believes her comments are more about rallying her fanbase than anything else.

As the saga continues, it’s clear that the relationship between Nicki Minaj and Elliott Wilson remains strained. Whether this latest exchange will lead to any resolution or simply fuel more public drama, only time will tell.
