In a twist that left many stunned, a recent episode of ‘Family Feud’ asked contestants to name the best rapper of all time, and the results were far from what anyone expected.

To kick things off, a member of Meghan Trainor’s team confidently shouted J. Cole as their pick. To everyone’s shock, his name didn’t appear at all. Then someone from Tori Kelly’s team thought Kendrick Lamar would surely make the cut – but again, no luck. Even Lil Wayne got left out! Steve Harvey, the host, couldn’t help but point out that the surveyed folks clearly weren’t Hip Hop aficionados.

The surprises didn’t end there. When Tupac was finally guessed, he landed at number two. It wasn’t until the fourth guess that Biggie’s name came up, securing him the number eight spot on the list. JAY-Z also squeaked in, taking the eighth place as well.

Nas and Drake didn’t even make the list, leaving fans scratching their heads. Ice Cube was another name tossed around but didn’t make the cut either. Harvey humorously poked fun at the location of the survey, suggesting it might have taken place in Rhode Island, and remarked to Tori Kelly, ‘You’re thinking as a Hip-Hop head. I don’t think that’s who answered these questions.’

The final lineup of rappers from the Family Feud poll was, from first to last: Snoop Dogg, 2Pac, Eminem, Dr. Dre, LL Cool J, The Notorious B.I.G., 50 Cent, and JAY-Z. Harvey couldn’t resist adding a joke, apologizing to the entire Hip Hop community for the surprising outcome, especially with JAY-Z taking the last spot.

‘Family Feud’ may have stirred the pot with this unexpected ranking, but it certainly sparked a lively debate. One thing’s for sure – Hip Hop fans are passionate, and everyone has their own opinions about who the best rapper truly is.
