So, BIA isn’t holding back. Just last week, GloRilla dropped the highly anticipated ‘Wanna Be (Remix)’ with Megan Thee Stallion and Cardi B, setting off a chain reaction of drama. Cardi threw some shade at BIA, seemingly referencing her in response to BIA’s subliminal shots on Dreezy’s ‘B***h Duh (Remix).’
Cardi B’s line, ‘Guess I’m a teacher since you wanna sub me / She did what? Had no idea / Thought she was on the shelf, IKEA / Hope she talk like that when I see her / B***h please, don’t nobody wanna be ya,’ was clearly aimed at BIA. The heat didn’t end there. BIA clapped back on Twitter, mocking Cardi, which prompted Cardi to clarify things on Instagram Live.
Cardi B revealed they had a ‘very nasty’ phone conversation about the insinuation that Cardi copied BIA. Cardi didn’t mince words, saying she doesn’t like BIA’s looks, style, or music. To top it off, she threatened to sue BIA for allegedly spreading rumors about her cheating on Offset. ‘When you lie about my p***y, I’ma sue you and you better come with receipts,’ Cardi warned.
Unfazed, BIA took to Instagram Live to preview an unreleased diss track aimed squarely at Cardi B. The track begins with, ‘This call may be recorded for quality and training purposes,’ a not-so-subtle nod to their phone call. She continues, ‘Put it on your gang that they ain’t f*ck you in,’ and ‘Put it on your hubby since you lying on your vows.’ BIA’s doubling down and not showing any signs of backing off.
What do you make of BIA’s fierce response? The hip-hop world is buzzing, and it’s clear that this feud is far from over.
