He’s been actively sharing updates on his progress through social media. Just recently, he posted a video of himself hitting the weights while listening to Lil Baby’s ‘Frozen.’ In other posts, he’s offered glimpses into his healthy diet regimen.

To deal with all the trauma out of coming out of Memphis and breaking the cycle.’ Another suggested, ‘He can totally rebrand into Fitness2x and do some great marketing for supplements and men’s health when he gets his goals.’
Opening up about his journey last week, Finesse2tymes admitted on social media that while his physical health is improving, he’s facing mental health challenges. ‘Weight loss journey going well, thanks for all the prayers, to my fans and supporters much love,’ he wrote. ‘Physically I’m 100% better, Mentally I’m not, I think I need to see a therapist, I never been into paying people for advice.’
Prior to this, he embarked on a 21-day fruit-and-water fast. ‘This my 4th time starting over,’ he shared. ‘But u know how the saying goes, U fall down 9 times get up 10 times. I use to think money solved everything, Until I got money, Now I’m struggling on mental, physical, spiritual journey, If u have a heart pray for me, I’m at war with myself #Artofwar.’
On a positive note, Finesse2tymes also celebrated getting his driver’s license for the first time, as he proudly shared on Instagram. He continues to keep his followers updated on his journey, offering an authentic look at the highs and lows along the way.
